2024 Lobby Day legislators meeting

LOBBY DAYS IN JANUARY – We have one of the strongest branches for Lobby Day! Our [Olympic peninsula] legislative district is considered a swing district for some of AAUW-backed bills this session. Click to see AAUW Washington State website which has Legislative Updates.

CANDIDATE FORUMS – Local Port Townsend branch of AAUW is involved in every election year promoting non-partisan voter education — such as candidate forums for local election. We have been teaming up with League of Women Voters for many years.
