The University Women’s Foundation of East Jefferson County (UWF) was established in 1994 by Port Townsend AAUW as its philanthropic affiliate, and is a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit foundation. UWF raises funds for the UWF Scholarship Endowment Fund, annual high school scholarships, gifts to national AAUW Funds and community projects that promote education and equity for women and girls in Jefferson County.
May 2017: We awarded about $55,000 in scholarships! Our members helped raise the funds for deserving young women from East Jefferson County.

DONATIONS: Donations are gratefully accepted. Contributions to UWF are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Through the successful kitchen tour, silent auction, annual appeals, raffles, tribute cards, and generous donations, UWF is able to award many scholarships, recognize outstanding girls in math, science and technology, provide funds for special assistance for elementary schools, organize career days, and host political forums. Email email@example.com. You can even contribute by shopping at Amazon.com SMILE program. For as little as $5, you can help support UWF by sending a Tribute Card.
